How Do I use the Trial Packs?

8 Day Trial Pack

Before you start your trial, be sure to weigh and measure your chest, hips and waist. Write these figures down somewhere safe.

Day 1 - Take one Smart Mix pack as directed on packaging. When you first wake up is a great time to drink the smart mix.

The best time to drink Zija is on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a healthy meal. Zija was designed to be fully absorbable by the body, and any other foods or beverages may reduce bioavailability.

Take one XM3 Capsule - Adults take one capsule either mid-morning or mid-afternoon, two hours after a meal or on an empty stomach. Do not take late in the day as sleep may be impaired. Note - XM3 Capsules are not intended for use by persons 17 years of age or younger without the supervision of a health professional and parent/guardian.

Day 2 - Repeat day one

Day 3 - Repeat day one. At bedtime, steep the tea bag for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Trial Pack?
